Hello, My name is

Tenai Scott

I am a Full Stack Developer based in the West Kootenays, BC. I spent the beginning of my career building progressive websites and web apps. More recently, I have been working as a Faculty Assitant in post-secondary education, teaching the fundamentals of both front-end and back-end development. When I am not coding, you can find me doodling on my iPad or chasing my toddlers around the house.

     Assisted in teaching Full Stack Web Development to a fully remote class of 14 students. Supported students in learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, NodeJS, MongoDB, Linux server administration, etc. Spent many hours debugging students' code. Configured and maintained the program’s server using vmware (creating student IPs, installing Ubuntu, Rocket.Chat, etc.). Helped grade assignments, developed course materials, and occasionally taught classes.
